  • Drug Cases Jury Trials: He was assigned to the Dallas County DA's Organized Crime Unit for over three years and four months. During his time there, he exclusively focused on trying felony drug cases and was successfully able to win over 109 jury trial cases.
  • Capital Murder Death Penalty Trials – During his time spent as the DA's Office, he was involved with and tried over 16 cases of Capital Murder where the death penalty was at stake. In every single case, the jury found the defendant guilty. It is important to note that less than one percent of all practicing attorneys in the nation have gone to trial in a death penalty case and he has done so not once, but 16 separate times. This makes him one of the most experienced and successful capital murder attorneys throughout the entire country.
  • Murder Trials – He has also been involved with and won more than 47 murder jury trials where there was no threat of the death penalty.
